Here at Setbox we believe in sustainable values and take full responsibility for the impact our events both small and large can have on the environment.
As a company our aim is to make a continuous effort to implement and improve environmental standards before, during and after the construction of any project we take on board while ensuring our clients still receive a breath taking event and full service.

In support of our sustainable values we've joined and collaborated with Isla and the climate coalition both major forces within backing sustainability within and outside the events industry.
Steps which we have been taking to reduce our carbon footprint:
Education and training
Emissions and waste management
This begins in the workshop and offices by educating our team through correct training and awareness in ways we can reduce the amount of waste materials we produce on a daily basis. From making the most out of materials and timber cut up in the workshop, being aware of quantity's order to avoid excessive wastage to only printing when necessary and then printing on both sides of paper. We avoid using numerous paper items such as cups, agendas and invitations. We communicate directly with our clients and build strong relations often inviting them down to our workshop to talk through designs and plan the various stages required in the build process.
Correct logistics and planning allows us to avoid unnecessary repeated trips with transport during our onsite installations this in turns reduces our emissions. Again through being positively aware, on site we reduce waste products produced through the provision of food and drink by often opting for self catering when possible. We are always looking at ways in which we can reduce our levels of waste which in turn allows us to keep clients costs down and as low as possible.
Structured fortnightly reviews allows us to identify area of which we can improve the quality of our sustainable practice while maintaining a high and efficient service to our clients and further reducing our carbon footprint and making our contribution to a greener industry.
